Message Remember to rest, relax and look after yourself. Self-care is not an option but a must and involves respecting and looking after your body and after your mind and Soul. Seek an oasis, a safe refuge from the outside world. This can be to stick with and focus on your “family” while leaving others to themselves. It doesn’t mean ignoring things that need to be given attention, but not putting obligations or responsibilities on yourself that don’t exist!
